It is a negative mage depicting him as an evil wizard conjuring up a potion of sorts filled with the negative actions that he has gotten away with and continues to get away with because of the spectacle that Trump is creating. Specifically in it all coming to create the "Republican" health care plan. Showing another figure that quite literally tells him to continue because Trump's show is covering for him. It is depicted in the view of those in opposition to Mitch McConnell viewing him as something as evil and secretive especially with the use of harsher lines and darker colors.

    I think this piece of propaganda is well done in terms of spreading awareness. There is likely so much that goes on behind the scenes that we probably don't know about, and even though the President is the most powerful person in the country, they can't control everything.

    This image shows us that there is a lot that we purposely do not know about the government. I think that what is important here is that we should not be naive to what goes on around us in regards to politics, not what we see is always the full story.
