ICE and HSI both operate under the umbrella of the Department of Homeland Security.

The genuine caption read, "U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) special agents arrested alleged immigration violators at Fresh Mark [in] Salem, [Ohio, on] June 19, 2018."
