    Does no one see the sickle and hammer at the bottom? Also putting Michelle Obama's face over Rosie's is insulting. An iconic photo does not need a bad photoshop job. I think most people would be turned off by this by thinking it looks dumb vs. being inspired by it.

    On the other hand it sends a message that women, even black women can do it. Very inspirational for all women. Yes, the Soviets during Stalin's era put out posters similar to this - a historic artifact.
