   Regardless of party affiliation, threats against another are always harmful. Threats may change a person's mind if they feel as though they are in real danger, especially those who are vulnerable for falling for scams or have less information on others. People should be able to make up their own mind, with information rather than threats.

   This picture is harmful because it uses threats and force to get a person to vote against democracy. In posing as having information about individuals, and then threatening them with punishment if the recipient did not vote a certain way, it violates privacy and threatens terror, trying to influence political behavior through harassment. That type of message can lead to voter suppression and undermine the credibility of elections.
