US's Netflix to be Forced to Broadcast Putin Propaganda

This is considered propoganda since Netflix will be forced to cause more confusion regarding the turmoil between Russia and the Ukraine. I think that this will be a harmful type of propoganda for the people of Russia since it will not give them the complete picture of happenings and they will only see what those in power want them to. It does not provide an inclusive space for everyone to have the same knowledge the country's state. An example of ethos this news article is the use of specific dates and sources naming current events, becasue of this we know that the author is well-versed on the topic. Logos is applied due to the discussion of Netflix's response to new rules put in place. Pathos is present in this article as we know the situation in Russia and the Ukraine is scary and people have sympathy for the innocent during these times. In terms of Kairos, the new order of Netflix displaying propaganda is undoubtedly timely.
