Beneficial - asks for reform by playing to people's sympathy. It attacks in a less harmful way than other items of propaganda

I think it is somewhat beneficial because it sparks a conversation about veteran care and it doesn't seem to mislead people as it is a real problem

Yes it is propaganda, its playing to someones emotions by showing a veteran waiting for benefits in a newspaper. I guess I would say its beneficial even though its not presenting any facts or citations it is expressing the concerns of veterans and trying to make social progress for veterans issues.

Yes this is beneficial propaganda in a way that inspire's anger and sympathy for the veterans of our country. Although there are no facts present, the image still says a lot in replacement. It also shows that there are plenty of veterans who are waiting for hospital care and benefits, judging by all the "please take one" tickets flying about.
