I think that this ad isn't harmful at all. I think it has a good message and the imagery of the forest fire in the ash is very powerful and I think that it is something different than the "smoking kills" ad and addresses the fact that people do smoke and that they can cause a very big disaster if they don't put out their cigarette correctly.
