    What I believe was trying to be expressed was that the person who drew this image, artist Ben Garrison, was using his own opinion saying that Obama caused all of these issues and that Trump will come in and clean up. The artist uses active emotion by using vivid colors and using the political flames that Obama caused around the world like Provoking Russia, Destroying Freedom and ISIS. And then he uses Trumps campaign slogan to show that he could fix everything that Obama did wrong.
