It is an ad for Nike. It tries to say we can all be like Lebron James or be great if we buy a Nike product.I would say it's not specifically beneficial but it does inform people of their products and athletes and isn't necessarily harmful in many ways.

    I dont think that it is saying that you can be like Lebron James. I think it is saying that he is good and we are witnessing greatness and since he is with nike, we will buy it to support him.
