This video is based upon an RAND report by Christopher Paul and Miriam Matthews which describes a new propaganda technique, the "firehose of falsehoods."

It does use numerous examples from President Trump's performance as president in ways that suggest a critical perspective but it's not propaganda because it invites the viewers to think for themselves about the ideas presented.
