Bakgrundsinformation
Well this picture is about the US with Ukraine trying to shake hands. But the Ukrainian doesn't know if it's safety because of the gun in back.

Well it is propaganda because it shows the way a lot of countries make "peace" with other countries, but what they only want, is have control or take advantage of the other country. No it's not harmful, but some US persons, may get offended.

I believe that is supposed to represent Russia, rather than the US. Ukraine had been attacked by Russian forces, and the US verbally warned Russia - without any real threat - to stop their attacks on Ukraine.

This could be interpreted in many, many different ways which makes it more harmful than beneficial in my opinion. It may lead some individuals to believe Ukrainians are violent or sneaky individuals, which would significantly impact their perception and world view.

This reminds me of a something people say in the West Indies, "People will grin teeth and smile with you but they are not your friend." I think this shows a lot of the irreversible damage done by countries that are just constantly at war with each other. I rated this as beneficial. Many people do not share my opinion. I think it is good to see a visual representation of the things society becomes immune to because of the constant negativity in the American news media about other countries and the positive light that the media seems to always show America in.

I would consider this beneficial propaganda because it gives an accurate interpretation/representation of how Russia has been conducting its foreign affairs with their so-called "allies". Especially the United States. They pledge to resolve a crisis and make an agreement like with Ukraine allowing them to move forward an become apart of the European Union. Then, all of a sudden Putin declare's its annexation of Crimea over Ukraine and attacks to gain the territory.
