To prevent gun violence we should pay attention to certain clues. However, the strong emotions created by the video's twist obscure the fact that the first thing to do is to change gun control laws, and stop blaming individuals who "missed the signs"

    This is a helpful ad because it is an eye opener. When you watch this video you are thinking about a cute couple moment but no one notices the guy suffering in the background. Someone even told me that the was a guy hurting in the background before I watched it and I still missed it.

    It had a great deal of emotional impact, seemingly looking to instill a sense of guilt in the observer. While I think it accomplished its goal of raising awareness of gun violence, I have to wonder if it could hurt a young child, were one to see it.

    I thought this was very beneficial and spread awareness of an important message. The video really showed how important it is to pay attention to others and not just yourself. It was a shock, but it was also an effective reality check.

    I feel like it’s not a great propaganda because it’s blaming the students for not noticing but it’s not their fault someone else is mentally unstable. It’s good that it’s promoting trying to stop gun violence.

    This video definitely revealed strong emotions. I agree that the content was extremely beneficial in a sense where gun violence needs to be discussed more intently. It puts you in a position to realize that we are all naive of our surroundings. We focused more of Evan's story line not knowing that in the same scene a student is showing signs of gun violence. It leaves the audience including myself in shock and creates a wake up call to always beware of my environment. It's also a triggering video because it is made for the tragedy that happen at Sandy Hook elementary. It spread awareness and aid to look for signs of gun violence.

    This video is extremely beneficial to spread awareness on the topic of gun violence. It is a perfect example of propaganda because it showcases how naive we are to our surroundings. The content became triggering when it came together in the end however, it was made to represent what gun violence can lead to and provide aid to look out possible signs. The tragedy of Sandy Hook Elementary was represented as well showing the audience that gun violence is happening and their are ways to prevent it.

    I believe this evoked a lot of emotion which is needed to take something like gun violence seriously. By evoking so many emotions and making people become aware of the signs they are missing it helps bring awareness to stop tragedies like Sandy Hook to happen again.

    This is incredibly harmful because it's pretty much saying quiet kids who wear headphones are going to shoot up their schools. No statistics and uses fear and shock tactics.
