    I feel that Donald Trump's theory of making America "great" again is so un-American. His morals are reprehensible and he isn't going to make America great, he is going to make it worse. He has a small vocabulary and he seems as if he never went to school. He is very ignorant and a lot of people praise his ignorance, he does not act like a president should or says things that a president should. In my eyes he is not fit to be president.

    This makes me feel uncomfortable. Me knowing that this man could possibly win the republican nomination scares me. i feel like he would love to make america great again i mean great for him not everyone else.

    I am relatively neutral on this one. I think it definitely uses the tactic of garnering an emotional response, and I don't think it differs much from the campaign slogans of other presidential candidates in the past--however, it does cater toward his supports extremely well, many of whom think that the country is headed in the wrong direction. I think it's interesting that it is almost the opposite of President Obama's campaign slogan as well.

    This image and campaign sign is a hyperbolic attempt at pathos. The implication is that America is imploding and failing and the only way to save it is to elect Donald Trump president. Further implications move to a personal aspect where America is going downhill which means your prospects of quality life are compromised. It's almost a fear tactic.

    As others have rated like myself. This can be harmful and beneficial. It can show that Trump is really for making the country a "better" place and he is the one to do that or it can be just him trying to get people to vote for him. Everyone running uses that slogan as a technique, so by seeing this you really don't know what message you are getting from it.

    I find this image more on the harmful side because it basically states that America is not great, and that Donald Trump can make it great again. By how, though? By kicking out refugees in need? By not treating women with equal respect as men? By giving breaks to the rich? By being racist? I think this promise Donald Trump offers is too much of a lie to be beneficial. Then again, I might be biased due to my political beliefs :)

    I LOVE this piece. In reading the comments below, it is obvious that people are very torn on this piece. It also opens up an interesting notion about WHO the piece is beneficial or harmful to? The comments section makes it clear that people think it's beneficial for Trump's campaign, but are mixed on how it effects the general population.

    Although this image is pure propaganda, it's effect on a viewer is still based on his/her preconceived views towards the subject. For an individual who is a Trump supporter, this image is rhetorically powerful and serves as reinforcement of their support. Were a Clinton supporter to view this image, it would probably have little to no effect on their choice of Presidential candidate.

    This picture showcases a strong opinion on Trump. You will love this ad if you are a fan of his and if you are not then you will disagree with it. the idea of making America great again jumps out to certain people and can capture them into being a fan of his.

    I think this is somewhere in the middle. Perhaps I am a bit bias because this is not who I voted for, but this message only includes a tag-line and a face... nothing of true information value, and also nothing truly harmful. Also, I feel many people associate the face of Trump with negativity or harmful feelings.

    This piece of propaganda appeals to the emotions of people by means of patriotism. I feel that this propaganda is t necessarily harmful, because it doesn't condemn anyone in particular, and the message is generally good. Making America "Great Again" seems to show good intentions, so I feel that this is generally benign. 18% of people agree with me, and most tend to think it is neutral or harmful.

    I've seen countless political advertisements, commercials, debates, and speeches. I no longer find myself phased by any of them, whether I am an advocate for a politician or not. I don't think this advertisement could sway an observer at all.

    This poster is a positive piece of propaganda, as it is shows the intent of Trump's campaign: to make America great again. Generally, the slogan evokes feelings of national pride, and can be motivational to the audience in the sense that some may be swayed to support policies/standpoints which are beneficial to the country.

    I do not think this is that bad as he is just advertising his slogan which is make America great again. There is not too much harmful propaganda going on here but rather it is pretty neutral as he just wants to gain more voters and employ a sense of pride.

    It is neutral. It claims that a Trump presidency means improvement, and it harkens back to a Reagan admiration-which appeals to a Republican audience. The image also claims that there was a time in the past in which America was great. That could mean returning to past protectionist trade policies-a beneficial message, but that return to a 'great past' might not appeal to marginalized communities for whom the past was not great.

    This is dangerous because it is pandering to the once-closeted racists who wish it was socially acceptable for them to be racist again like it was in most of america's history. It is implying that Donald wants to take away the social progress of the last sixty years.
