This CDC statement clearly does not say vaccinations have zero to do with transmission, it says vaccination status is no longer used to inform source control. The person who tweeted this @JenniferSay twisted what the statement said and pushed it further to help her own agenda. She then posted it to social media to try and spread the misinformation that supports her own points.

This is propaganda because it taking information put out by the CDC and manipulating the words to support her own ideas. The message is that vaccinations do not do anything to stop the transmission of COVID. The technique she used was underlining part of the statement while neglecting other information. People can easily encounter this through social media.
