Basically, this video was created by a bunch of Thai musicians, rappers, etc. The point of the video was for Thai people to stand up against the Government. Thai people feel like the country is unfair and corrupt, the video mentions an incident that happened a few years ago involving a massacre that happened at a peaceful university protest.
