This advertisement is a fallacy. It is called "poisoning the well" and consists in attacking the opponent by giving false or irrelevant information or making irrelevant comparisons. In this specific case, Samsung leads the audience to a subliminal conclusion about their superiority by a superficial comparison between their and the competitor's product. Therefore, I conclude that the advertisement is unfair and consequently harmful.
