This is a parody of a political ad, that shows how radical Islamic culture has transformed everything. We see obviously fake images that suggests this is designed to be funny. There is a sign the manipulates the Flight 93 memorial (from 9/11) to an Islamic Cultural Center and an image of a New York City church transformed into a mosque. The recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance shows a Jihadi American flag.
