“Look Both Ways” is a TV program broadcast in the Russian language about the news and those who make it. The news explores fakes and sensations, involuntary mistakes and conscious manipulations. Present Tense is a TV channel created by RFE / RL with Voice of America. RFE / RL (Radio Free Europe / Radio Liberty) is an independent, non-profit media corporation funded by grants from the US Congress through the Global Media Agency (USAGM). Representatives of the US government, including the head of the Broadcasting Board of Directors, are prohibited from interfering with the work of our journalists.
