Election propaganda

Contexte
This tweet suggests that Joe Biden is a threat. It seems to be looking for campaign donation. Is this a scam? Or real? This looks sketchy.
Technique utilisée

Pourquoi est-ce un message d'influence?
It’s a very creepy form of political propaganda because it combines a false claim with a cheesy request for a donation.

I find this to be very harmful because instead of focusing on what he would do as a president to improve the country, Trump is making lies about the other candidate to try to win votes. Not only is lying dangerous, but rhetoric like this will put fear into citizens and cause them not to trust the people in charge.
