    Personally I believe the information is beneficial to parents and children if action is taken to ensure that kids are using the internet safely and understand the threats. It only become beneficial if action is taken by parents and if parents have information to help their child on the internet.

    I believe this is extremely beneficial. The internet is essentially full of strangers, and it can be nearly impossible for a child to be aware of the intentions of people online. Its extremely important that the parents/guardians are monitoring childrens internet use.
