Found on my Facebook, this is like a childish prank, that features a yellow bag over the head of President Biden. It seems to suggest that he's not really doing the job of being President.

This is harmful propaganda because it conveys a false message. President Biden is highly competent and this image is an insult to to the people who voted for him. I wonder if it is designed to provoke people and make them angry.
