Found on my Twitter, this propaganda uses imagery of children to stir up emotion. Hard to evaluate its truth value. The hashtags give some ideas about the ideology of the person who posted it.

Every parent has a deep urge to care for children. Children at risk activates a strong urgent sense of wanting to help. May motivate people to share, like, donate or provide other forms of assistance.

    The hashtags give some ideas about the ideology of the person who posted it.The chipped broken cement wall and the child's blackened eye add to the drama of the fact she is crying. The message indicating she wants to find her brother or die like him is heartwrenching. Verifiable??? True journalism???
