Pourquoi est-ce un message d'influence?
This ad strategically exploits the fashion and media industries' prejudice against plus-sized women. It attempts to shift the perception of plus sized women from inferior to equally as powerful and confident as their skinnier counterparts.

This could make larger women feel a little better, but most people would just ignore it.

This is propaganda, but beneficial. By casting a diverse set of women for the image and placing them in an outfit typically used for more traditionally coded "appealing" body shapes, it goes to show that no matter what you or your body looks like, it can be beautiful.
